With the aim of recreating the ringing of the belfry of the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, a bell is cast each year and its decoration is entrusted to an artist.
After the arrival of Aliénor, Richard, Pétronille and Gabrielle, Fontevraud is preparing to welcome a new bell at Easter 2024. This pays homage to Julie d'Antin, the last abbess of Fontevraud. Spread across the gardens, the bells are staged allowing the bronze to sing again, within reach of the public.
