Begin your experience with a guided tour of our troglodyte galleries, the historic site of Maison Ackerman. During your stroll through our cellars, you will be told about two centuries of creating fine bubbles.
Then reveal your senses and pleasures during a guided tasting of fine bubbles (Crémant de Loire, Saumur brut) and great wines from the Loire Valley (Saumur-Champigny, Muscadet, Sancerre, etc.) accompanied by salty and sweet toast.
Gourmet pairings born from the close collaboration between our oenologists and a local caterer such as a slice of rillauds and red berries enhanced by Saumur Champigny Clos de Chaumont from Domaine de la Perruche.
In the programme :
- A guided tour of our troglodyte cellars, the historic site of Maison Ackerman.
- A tasting led by one of our sommeliers, of four high-end vintages with an introduction to the king of Loire grape varieties used in their blend (Chenin blanc, Pineau d'Aunis, Chardonnay, Cabernet franc), accompanied by local culinary specialties. We invite you to taste a sparkling wine as well as three still wines (your choice: two white wines and one red wine or one white wine and two red wines).
