During this walk of about 1h30, you will discover:

- The Saumur-Champigny appellation,
- The emblematic grape varieties of the Loire: Cabernet Franc and Chenin (pruning and maintenance),
- The farming method and the High Environmental Value (HVE) label of the estate,
- The importance of promoting biodiversity,
- The cycle and the work of the vine,
- The vinification of the different wines, leaving a preponderant place to the expression of the terroir.
At the end of this walk, you visit the wine cellar and the underground cellars. A tasting of the estate's wines closes this meeting.
