They will be the starting point for all your walks: Château de Montsoreau, Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, Royal Fortress of Chinon, Mushroom farm of Saut aux Loups, Pommes Tapées du Val de Loire in Turquant... Without forgetting the moments, memories all together in the large garden at your disposal to play frozen wolf, 1,2,3 suns or even hide and seek with your children!
At Gaëlle's, we forget the hassles of everyday life for a while and at her place, it's easy: three beautiful, colorful bedrooms and a common room with the air of a playground that reminds us of the carefree childhood. You can discuss writing with Gaëlle who writes stories for children and has embarked on an activity as a public writer. Theme stays can be offered.
For those who love books, the room "Parenthèse between the lines" offers a few books, all in a spacious space of 18 m² colorful and inspiring, with 2 soft single beds.
For those who are fond of creative hobbies, handcrafted objects, small crafts of all kinds, the "Parenthèse sur le fil" room is made for you! In this one, you appreciate the decorative objects and other ideas to peck at. This 20 m² room located upstairs, with the partially exposed framework, offers you a bed for 2 people and a sofa bed convertible into 2 places.
And finally, for some of you the paths to school may seem very far away, in this room, you will be amused to find objects, paintings, cards that remind you of school. Your hostess quite naturally named it the "parenthesis on leaving school". This room is planned for 3 people with a double bed and a single bed.
In the evening, after your visits to the region or when the weather does not allow you to have fun in the garden, find a beautiful living space at your disposal, "the playground": magazines, ideas for outings, board games ,... everything is there to change your mind.
Upon prior request, you can dine on site. A meal called "like at home" with garden or local products. Given the family constraints (there are 3 children at home), Gaëlle cannot share the meal with you but is never far away.
In the morning in the common living room, don't miss breakfast: fresh bread, homemade pastries, freshly squeezed fruit juice, homemade yogurts and jam, cereals.
Meals are prepared with local products. We have a composter in the garden, available to passing travelers.
