The house has 2 suites spread over two floors.
On the 1st floor, discover the new 2-bedroom suite fitted out at the end of 2023. This suite with a capacity of 4 people has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 (which can be split into 2 beds 80) and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed 160 .Small lounge-tea room area. Shower room and separate WC.
On the second floor, the second 2-bedroom suite awaits you. It can accommodate up to 6 people: 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed 160 and 2 single beds) and 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed 160. Shower room with WC. Small lounge-tea room area.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor, in a pleasant and large living room opening through large bay windows onto terraces and flower gardens.
The property is easy to access and park, for cars, motorcycles or bicycles. It is fenced and secure.
Please note: the property also has a large gîte (with independent access) which can accommodate up to 14 people.
