In the exceptional setting of a listed 19th century building, participants learn about oenology, in four exciting acts: an introduction to the world of wine, a visit to the presses, the vat room and the cellars to understand the great stages of vinification, the exploration of the tuffeau cellars to assess the patient aging of the Crémants de Loire Langlois, as well as a final tasting with commentary and comparison of the vintages.
