On the occasion of the theatrical release of the animated film Léo by Jim Capobancio dedicated to the last years of Leonardo da Vinci's life in Amboise, Clos Lucé, Leonardo's final resting place and partner of the film, is exhibiting a large part of his decorations.

The exhibition takes the visitor behind the scenes of the creation of a stop-motion animated film. From the first drawing to the broadcast of the film on the big screen, it highlights the talents of the Foliascope animation studio who worked on its production: from storyboarders to decorators and props designers, editors, animators and many more. still others. A titanic task when we know that only 4 seconds of film images are produced per day.
The trades, techniques and environment of this film recall the excitement of a Renaissance bottega and bring us a little closer to the spirit of Leonardo.
Giant reproductions of images from the film, models, multimedia content, photos and videos of the making of punctuate this immersive journey.
