For the 4th year, the town hall of Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent, the Bouvet-Ladubay company, the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park and the League for the Protection of Birds are offering a discovery of the wild flowers that grow in the environment. urban on the lawns of the church of Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent left fallow.
Activities for residents and schools are scheduled between May and July 2024:
– A floral discovery trail on the church lawns of the different wild species that grow in urban areas, with this year 21 additional flowers presented.
– Discovery days on the site for primary school children and nature story readings for the town’s nursery schools.
– An exhibition of drawings on the theme “dressed in flowers” produced by children on June 14, 15 and 16 between 10 a.m. and 17 p.m. in the old chapel, near the church of Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent.
– A conference “The astonishing strategies of flowering plants (pollen and pollination)” on Thursday May 16, 2024 at 18:30 p.m. in the Bouvet-Ladubay cellars. Free admission.
