Equestrian circuit: Vineyards and hillsides of Saumur-Champigny

(Departure) From the service area, exit at the crossroads, turn right then the first right and continue straight until the fork.

- Turn left twice, then continue straight until the crossroads.

- Turn left then right at the end. At the crossroads, continue opposite and go to the intersection.

- Turn right then left on Chemin des Devants and continue to the end.

- Turn right then take the 3rd street on your right (Chemin de Béniquet), pass the place called Béniquet and continue straight. The road continues with a path. Take the latter and return to the road again.

- Turn left on Rue de l'Eglise then turn left again and go to the cemetery.

- Turn right then left, pass the houses and turn right until you reach the road.

- Turn right then left on the path and continue to the crossroads.

- Turn left, cross the Route des Vins and take the path opposite. Continue the path for about 1km (fourth path on the left).

- Take a left. Cross the D205 opposite. Turn left and immediately right, continue to the intersection.

- Turn right into a path, then at the fork again to the right, continue straight until you reach the road.

- Turn right then immediately left on Chemin de la Corde and turn left twice then right twice until you reach the houses.

- Turn left twice and follow Chemin de la Folie to the end.

- Turn right then left and return to the road.

- Turn left on Rue de la Croix Blanche then at the crossroads, take the 2nd path on the right. Return to the road again.

- Turn right then the 2nd path on the left. At the crossroads, continue straight. Continue straight until the end.

- Turn left then the 2nd path on the right and then left, go to the crossroads.

- Continue straight then at the end turn right and immediately left. At the intersection, go straight. Continue to the Croix de Chaintre crossroads.

- Go straight ahead, then turn left and follow the path in front of you, then turn right onto Chemin des Ruisseaux. Go to the fork.

- Turn right, and at the crossroads go straight ahead. Continue like this until the fourth path on the right.

- Take this one, then turn left, pass the washhouse and go to the intersection.

- Follow the path on your left. Turn right then left on Place de la Paleine, then turn right on the path that crosses the vineyards. At the crossroads, at the entrance to the wood, go straight ahead. Continue straight ahead until the crossroads.

- Take the path on the right, this one is extended by a road. Continue straight until the bend then take the path to the right. Go to the fork.

- Turn right on Chemin de la Boissière. Return to the road then turn right and immediately left. Continue straight and turn right then left to join the Route des Vins.

- Turn left then immediately right.

- Turn right again. At the crossroads, go straight, then turn left. At Rue de la Martinière, turn right then left. Walk the driveway back to the starting point.
