The restaurant is housed in a troglodyte dwelling with many artisanal products: wrought iron chairs, crockery, fresco... The cuisine, prepared by chef Arnaud Montais, is refined, inspired by ancient recipes.

A cuisine based essentially on heirloom vegetables (Sweet Potato, Parsnip, Helianthe, Vitelotte...), freshwater fish (Lamprey, Mullet, Eel, Barbeau...) or even marinades and stews. The menu changes with the seasons... It is advisable to book.
