Restaurant Le Saut aux Loups

From the cellar to the plate... meal of the mushroom grower: the "Stuffed Galipettes" (large button mushrooms) are baked in the oven and served on the terrace, with a view of the Loire or in the warm atmosphere of the troglodyte rooms.

Three heated rooms available:
- Small room in the old troglodyte dwelling, for individuals and groups of up to 24 people.
- Medium room accepting up to 45 people.
- Large 100% troglodyte room furnished with modular tables for groups of up to 120 people.

And a large terrace with a view of the Loire!

Saut aux Loups specialty: stuffed Galipettes - large button mushrooms garnished with rillettes, andouille sausages, tuna/salmon duo, parsley butter or even fresh goat's cheese, as you wish.

Cooked in a real bread oven, you will discover a typical Saumur dish, original and tasty! Dish without mushrooms, vegetarian and children's menu are also available.
