The Estate has been in Organic Agriculture since 2013 then, in the desire to go further in the natural balance of the vine, in Biodynamics since 2017.
Under the estate, 1,5 km of galleries are dug into the Tuffeau. There, at 12°C, more than 100 bottles flourish quietly, sheltered from light. The Domaine produces wines from the Saumur-Puy-Notre-Dame appellation, of which it is one of the main players, and from other Saumur appellations.
The team guided by Jean-Louis Bernet welcomes you with enthusiasm to help you discover his wines and share his daily life as a winemaker.
At the Montsoreau cellar, days and times vary according to the season:
