Passionate winemaker, Bruno Paillocher will make you rediscover wine through his work and his environmental commitment: conversion to organic farming, traditional vinification, aging in oak barrels.
The small team at Domaine de la Grézille welcomes you with each person's skills: Anne and Lucien at reception, Fanny working in the vines or in the cellar, and Bruno, the winemaker... and handyman as in any area self-respecting winemaker!
You will find in their products a wide choice of wines: still wines and sparkling wines, traditional wines, new vintages, as well as grape juices.
Proud of their biodiversity and their terroirs, the conversion to organic farming was a logical continuation of their approach. Their motto: "Let nature take its course!"
Vines in conversion to organic farming: grassing, tillage, absence of fertilizers make it possible to obtain grapes of excellent quality with a great typicality of the terroir. The vinification is done naturally, without the addition of commercial ferments, with many long aging in oak barrels.
For your visit, the estate team offers you a discovery of their vineyard, but also of the natural and historical heritage through the "path of the vines", a fun and marked trail of 3,5 km.
