The farm is divided into two parts: - an organic breeding part with sale to individuals of veal under the mother and beef - a wine part in AOC Saumur: planted with Cabernet Franc, Chenin and Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vines rooted in clay-limestone soil benefit from the mild Angevin climate. They are ideally located for making a good local wine.
