At the foot of the theatre, the restaurant welcomes you all year round: a warm "place" where you feel good. The Chef offers meticulous home-made traditional cuisine and showcases regional specialities.

- Menu to discover: Saumur "Galipettes" mushrooms, chef's foie gras and homemade Anjou rillauds, pike perch and butter blanc, rabbit with Saumur Blanc, gluten-free walnut cake...
+ Workers lunch formula during the week: 1 starter + 1 main course OR 1 main course + 1 dessert (or cheese).
