It was at the time of Charles VII and Joan of Arc that the Lord of Montreuil-Bellay had the Grange à Dîme built.
Transformed into a restaurant in 1995, it welcomes you today to feast and indulge in delicacies from the region including Foué, a specialty of ancestral tradition. It is a small hollow loaf, just taken out of the still smoking wood-fired oven, to be stuffed with various regional specialties (fine salted butter, Anjou rillettes, mogettes with duck confit, farm goat's cheese, etc... ).
