L'atelier d'Émile is a family farm producing organic vegetables and making good spreads for the aperitif.
It is the fruit of a family history and values that have made their way here since 1864.
Both farm and workshop, their strength is to master all the stages of production on their farm, from growing vegetables to processing them.
They develop and cook their recipes on site in collaboration with a local chef.
Their mission? Offer good and healthy products, while respecting nature and giving meaning to our consumption.
To do this, they follow Émile's charter, which they share with their partners and clients.
