A festive & friendly event
Les Grandes tablées has been an event with local colors for over 20 years. Each year something new is offered, after a laser show in 2022, the 2023 edition renews the menu and adds "le machon du vigneron" to its menu, a board for 2 composed of cold meats, cheeses and raw vegetables. For those who prefer a more complete menu, a more traditional meal is still possible. We can't wait to find out what 2024 has in store for us...
A winegrower's initiative!
Thanks to the strong solidarity of the collective of producers of Saumur-Champigny, it is the winegrowers of the appellation themselves and their friends who, as volunteers, organize, serve their barrels and animate the event to offer the Saumur public , two incredible evenings around conviviality and exchanges!
Place for tasting
The winegrowers of the appellation invite participants to taste several vintages of the Cuvée des 100* vignerons.
Four vintages are to be tasted, in particular that of the year and a mystery vintage! The opportunity to discover or rediscover Saumur-Champigny and the work of the appellation's winegrowers!
*The Cuvée des 100 is a collective action: each year, the winegrowers of the appellation give grapes to create this cuvée for promotional purposes. This concept is unique and the Saumur-Champigny winegrowers are very proud of it!
Music, master!
Music, an essential element of this great celebration, will also be offered to the public: a large stage has been set up to accommodate several groups that will keep the participants celebrating until the end of the night. Wandering musicians will make Place de la République in Saumur more festive than ever!
