Jacky and Julien Roulleau, mushroom growers and storytellers, welcome you to 16th century troglodyte dwellings where button and wild mushrooms are grown.
A slideshow and several presentations tell the history of the cellar, the geology of the tuffeau, marine fossils, troglodyte habitat and local history. You will also discover the activity of the mushroom farm, mushroom cultivation will no longer have any secrets for you! At the end of the visit, your guide will not fail to offer you a tasting of wines from the family estate Le Clos Saint-Maur.
