XNUMXth century water mill with a large Sagebien wheel which constitutes a rare heritage. Completely restored, the place houses a scenography around the history of the mill, hydraulic energy, water engines and renewable energies.
Made up of videos, fun and interactive media offering different documentation, this place is intended to be accessible to all. Alphonse Sagebien (1807-1892, designer of the wheel of the Moulin de Longué), virtual character will be your guide during the discovery of this original museum.
The visit to the mill is accompanied by temporary exhibitions as well as a permanent exhibition on the Belle Époque in Saumur.
