The highlight of this stay is the oenology course with the Secret des Papilles (private course during the week, or small group course at the weekend): a specialized guide will take you to the vineyards to introduce you the history of the vine and wine.

You will observe the stages of the vine according to the season, and you will learn to define the terroirs, the grape varieties, but also some AOC (walk of about 1,3 km on foot. Duration 30/45 minutes).
Return to the premises for an introduction to tasting thanks to a three-step methodology through games of aromas, flavors, sight. Tasting of 5 cuvées from the Loire (including an old vintage) and putting your knowledge into practice.
The oenology course lasts 3 hours.

Stay for a weekend between February 10 and November 2.
