The CBG Mignot workshop has perpetuated, since 1825, the great tradition of toy soldiers, a remarkable know-how. Soldiers, firefighters, circus artists, riders of the Black Frame, characters from the crèche… Their collection has more than 12 subjects.

Since 1825, the same gestures have been repeated...
Founded in 1825 in Paris and established in Saumur since 1994, CBG Mignot has perpetuated the great tradition of toy soldiers for almost two hundred years.
The fundamentally artisanal nature of this production means that none of the figurines is similar to another, that each of them is, in some way, an original. This customization of each figurine does not detract from historical accuracy. Last attraction, and not the least for collectors: the rarity of the figurines, linked to the very slow pace of artisanal manufacturing.

Visit the CBG Mignot workshop:
- For individuals:
Visit to the reception room (where the different stages of figurine manufacturing are explained using panels, exhibits and videos) and to the exhibition room where the collections are presented. In these windows, you will discover a wide variety of figurines and "dioramas" featuring figurines of military or civil themes: Ancien Régime, Napoleonic Wars, First World War... but also gendarmes, firefighters, cavaliers of the Cadre Noir, circus or music hall artists, cyclists. Possibility of seeing the workshop painter at work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Reservation required: by email, by telephone or via the website cbgmignot.simplybook.it: €3,50 (to be used on your purchases in the store).

- For groups (up to 20 people):
