Impressive monument dating from the Neolithic period, the dolmen of Bagneux comprises 15 slabs and weighs more than 500 tons.
The Bagneux dolmen is said to be of the Angevin type, it consists of a chamber preceded by a portico. The 18-meter-long burial chamber is intact and surprises with the regularity of the laying of its huge sandstone blocks.
