As part of Autumn in Fontevraud, Antoine Boussin has the pleasure of receiving Martin Aurell and Sophie Brouquet for two captivating literary interviews.
This interview welcomes Sophie Brouquet who addresses the subject of the condition of women in the Middle Ages. Medieval women raise questions and mystery, but they all have a story and many deserve to be presented to the public: Eleanor of Aquitaine, Hildegard of Bingen, Héloïse, Joan of Arc and Christine de Pizan. Sophie Brouquet will reveal a more nuanced and realistic vision of the lives of women of this era by highlighting all the diversity depending on their ages and social conditions.
